# Program Assets and Rentals ## Percussion Library “Cook Library” Rentals UNLV Percussion is privileged to oversee one of the largest libraries of percussion literature in the United States. Thanks to the auspices of University of Arizona Professor Emeritus, Gary D. Cook, and years of curation by Dr. Dean Gronemeier and Dr. Timothy Jones, this library is an invaluable asset to our program. All percussion students are permitted to peruse and request to borrow items from this library. However, all students must follow the check-out and check-in policies listed below. All material must be checked out through the Cook Library Checkout Form on Slack, which is managed by your Graduate Assistants and Faculty ## Instrument Rental Most studio instruments may be checked out via the online Instrument Checkout Form. All terms and conditions for instrument checkouts are found in via the checkout form in Slack. ## Percussion Complex Reservation Students are permitted to reserve the Percussion Complex for percussion-related activities. All complex requests must be sent to the Coordinator at least five (5) school days prior to the requested date. Requests with fewer than five (5) school days notice OR any requests for non-percussion activities will likely be denied. **Faculty reserves the right to request any and all details they feel appropriate when permitting a student full personal use of the Percussion Complex.**
